Short answer: Dentists in Bergen and Hudson counties send cases across the Hudson to our Midtown Manhattan lab by digital scan, by local pickup (we cover both Bergen and Hudson counties), or by FedEx. Most cases return in 4–5 lab days. We have one lab, in Manhattan; there is no New Jersey office.

Getting cases to the lab
How do North Jersey dentists send cases to us?
Hudson County practices on the PATH and ferry lines are often closer to Midtown than outer-borough offices, and Bergen County is a short trip over the George Washington Bridge. Either way, a digital scan gets your case to our technicians the same day, and our Free Scanner Program can place an iTero or Straumann scanner in your office.

Turnaround
How fast do cases come back to North New Jersey?
Typically 4–5 lab days once the case is at the lab; complex cases need longer. Allow transit time for impressions sent by courier or FedEx.
Every restoration we make carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We take any restoration failure seriously, so each concern is reviewed individually and the options are discussed directly with you, the doctor.
