How do Long Island dentists send cases to us?
Distance is the main thing a Long Island office gives up by choosing a Manhattan lab, and digital closes most of that gap: scans arrive instantly, designs can be reviewed remotely, and our Free Scanner Program can place an iTero or Straumann scanner in your office at no equipment cost if you are not scanning yet.

Turnaround
How fast do cases come back to Long Island?
Typically 4–5 lab days in the lab; complex cases need longer. Allow transit time for physical impressions and returns.
Every restoration we make carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We take any restoration failure seriously, so each concern is reviewed individually and the options are discussed directly with you, the doctor.
