Getting cases to the lab
How do Manhattan dentists send cases to us?
Being a few blocks from Grand Central and Bryant Park means a technician can come to your operatory for a shade or try-in, and Midtown practices can step in to see a case at the bench. That proximity is why the lab built its name on complex Manhattan cases: full-mouth reconstructions and combination implant, crown, bridge and veneer cases.
- Pickup from your office anywhere in Manhattan. Call by 12 noon, Monday–Friday, for guaranteed same-day pickup in Manhattan. After noon, we still pick up as soon as we can.
- Drop-off: walk-in drop-off is welcome at our reception, 274 Madison Avenue, Suite 1701, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm
- Scan from your intraoral scanner (iTero Lab ID 4364), or send an impression with your Rx
- Chairside support and on-site shade visits at your Manhattan office, or custom shade taking at our lab

Turnaround
How fast do cases come back to Manhattan?
